MARKS Medical College (MRMC) is considered as one of the best private medical colleges in Bangladesh. It was established in 2011 by Late Brig. General Prof. M. R, Khan an eminent ENT-Head & Neck Surgeon of the country and the founder member, whose vision for providing quality medical education, research and health care service to people of this country at reasonable cost.

R, Khan an eminent ENT-Head & Neck Surgeon of the country and the founder member, whose vision for providing quality medical education, research and health care service to people of this country at reasonable cost. The idea of establishment of a medical college was imparting quality medical education leading to recognized medical degree, was taken as the first and foremost aim of the Institute. Through the tireless efforts of the Founder Member the dream has been realized against much odds when permission was granted by the government of Bangladesh for establishment of the college on 2011. MARKS Medical College started its functioning from 2011and The Dhaka University granted affiliation to the College on 2011. Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council the highest regulatory body of Medical graduates has recognized the College. The college has a new 9 storied academic building worth spacious accommodation for althea departments and adequate parking facility. It was first established as MARKS ENT clinic in year 1995 by the founder Chairman of MARKS Group Late Brig. Gen. M Masudur Rahman Khan an eminent ENT- Head & Neck Surgeon of the country. A visionary who realized the importance of heath care in the Country and dedicated himself to the service of humanity. The Accident and Emergency Department of MARKS Medical College & Hospital is a 24-hour, full time section and it is the mirror of MARKS. This department also renowned as one of the Best Emergency Hospital Service in Dhaka. It offers the highest degree of commitment to delivering quality and efficient emergency care. Prompt and rapid response of our skilled medical personnel defines our Accident & Emergency Unit. This is where very critically ill and injured patients are received and managed. MARKS Medical College & Hospital  has a well equipment base Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) which is one of the Best NICU Hospital Service in Dhaka. The Department of Neonatology at MARKS Medical College & Hospital  is always ready to provide you with advanced services under the observation of Doctor. Patients may be transferred directly to the ICU from our emergency department or from a ward if they rapidly deteriorate or immediately after surgery if the surgery is very invasive and the patient is at high risk of complications.
