University of Brahmanbaria (Brahmanbaria University) is a reputed university in Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh. It started its journey from 2020. The university received approval of the Bangladesh Ministry of Education on 6 March 2019 and by the Bangladesh University Grants Commission on 10 June 2019.

The importance of higher education for socio-economic growth is undeniable. Quality education is the only way to achieve success in every aspect of professional, social and personal life. A higher education institute can assist in considerable and sustained improvement of individual as well as the soceity. Brahmanbaria has always been the fountainhead of culture and knowledge of the country. To press on the legacy, Mr. RAM Ubaidul Muktadir Chowdhury, MP and Professor Fahima Khatun along with several patrons of education shared the dream of establishing a top tier higher education institution in the region.
